Fun quick painting practice. Personal Sith character design in a storyline I'm working on for myself right now. Set just over 1,000 years before Episode I, right before the Sith "extinction" for a millenium.
Because he isn't. While design changes have been made since then to further separate it from established Star Wars design tropes a bit, it's been, since the beginning, based off of Mandalorian armor, just like the clone troopers were. My story also takes place centuries before Episode II. I'm still making tweaks every now and then, so thanks for speaking up.
Nice design. I see he's equipped with a vibroblade. As normal knives are uncommon in the Star Wars universe, I'm guessing it's either what I said, a vibroblade, or a lightknife. Either way, very nice, smooth.
Probably closer to a hybrid. It's a like a regular machete, but with an energized plasma cutting edge. Metal blade with energy edge. That's about the best I can describe it until I have a visual for it.
Yeah, I've had the idea in my head of what it looks like for a long while now. I just have to make a version of it in action in which it is fully visible. Though it will be seen in 3D model form before I get to painting out the art for it.
He's a part of the remaining Sith that held with the many Sith philosophy of those that followed the path of Darth Revan and Malak in the KotOR games (and the new MMO). It's a new faction I'm calling the Sith Remnant. (They are separate from Dath Bane's group and philosophy of only two. I still haven't chosen a specific time frame, except for that it happens after the new Bioware MMO and before the "extinction". Remember, the Brotherhood of Darkness only lasted for 6 years from 1006 BBY to 1000 BBY. This would be before 1006 BBY
