Artist Study: Patrick Brown 1

While I figure out my style, I'm going to be doing some stylization practice of some of my favorite artists to figure out what I could use for my own style, and what not to use. Patrick Brown's work is going to be a major player in this. The best way to study an artist is to try to recreate a painting or drawing from scratch that they have done to figure out their processes. I'm doing it a little differently by only changing the subject matter to my own stuff. All the main shapes and details referenced will be there.

In this case I'm doing a stylized self portrait based off of one of Patrick Brown's self-portraits. It works really well because we both have a very similar basic physical appearance.
